PURCHASE BEEF
To purchase beef, please print and mail your order form, along with your payment to the following address:

PRICING
To purchase from Gardner Beef, you will have two separate transactions. The first will be with Gardner Beef, Inc. when you purchase a whole, half or quarter of a “live” cow. The second transaction will be directly with the butcher who will cut your meat to order.
GARDNER BEEF PRICING
Live Weight
We will weigh your cow on our scales to get a "live weight". We charge $1.90 per pound of live weight.
Hauling Fee
There is a hauling fee of $25 per quarter for the hauling of the animal to our preferred processor.
PEAKS PRICING*
Hanging Weight
To process your cow, Peaks will charge approximately $0.79 per pound of "hanging weight**" or "carcass weight."
Processing Fee
There is a $21.25 processing fee per quarter.
*Pricing subject to change.
**Hanging weight is typically 50-60% of the "live weight."
PRICING EXAMPLE
Example is based on purchasing a quarter of a cow.
